How to Install the Balloon Arch Kit
1. Fill both balloon arch bases with water.
2. Attach the PVC tubes to the large bases.
3. Connect 10 poles together.
4. Thread about 35 balloon ring clips through the poles (clips not included).
5. Connect the 10 poles to the PVC poles on the large water - fillable base to form a balloon arch frame.

To keep it in good condition, after use, drain the water from the bases if you filled them with water. Store the poles and tubes in a dry place.
